Meteorology

The measuring of air temperature and humidity is done with either glass in mercury or electronic thermometers. Humidity is calculated using a wet bulb temperature. In both the glass and electronic versions, a crossover or wet bulb temperature higher than dry bulb temperature is avoided at all costs as a nonsense value is the result. To ensure this does not happen, the dry bulb is calibrated a fraction higher than the wet bulb. Is this the cause of the so called global warming?
