GAT: equinox (Redirected from GAT: equino)

An equinox is when both hemispheres of a planet or celestial sphere get equal sun time.

On Earth this usually happens on the 21st of March and 21st of September, called an autumnal equinox and a vernal (spring) equinox depending on what hemisphere you are in.
